Kadampa Buddhism & Meditation in Leeds
Everybody Welcome!
Ratnasambhava Kadampa Buddhist Centre is a peaceful place in the busy city of Leeds. It is a place where anyone can try meditation and learn how to apply Buddha’s teachings to solve their daily problems. We are a member of the New Kadampa Tradition – International Kadampa Buddhist Union, a worldwide organisation with over 1,200 centres and classes.
Learn to meditate
Evening meditation classes will begin again the week beginning April 17 at the centre in Oakwood and Woodhouse Lane in Leeds, Harrogate, Pontefract and Boston Spa. The theme is 'Peaceful Mind in a Hectic World'.
There are also lunchtime meditation sessions at the centre on Tuesdays. The theme is 'Relax and Unwind'.
Classes are suitable for all levels of experience, and ideal for beginners – everyone welcome.

We normally regard our friendships and relationships as very precious, yet we can easily damage them through our negative thought patterns and behaviour.Buddha’s teachings on love show how we can heal all of our relationships through sincere meditation practice, so that we can enjoy the deep and stable friendships we seek.
