Saturday 18 July, 10.30am-1pm
Meditation is a simple and profound skill that has many benefits. It enables us to overcome inner problems such as those created by anger, jealousy, attachment and ignorance, it helps us control our mind, brings inner peace, and allows us to practise higher and higher levels of spiritual attainment until we become enlightened.
This is an opportunity to spend a morning finding stillness through meditation. The workshop, held at Ratnasambhava Centre on Meanwood Road, runs from 10.30am - 1pm and cost is £10, including refreshments.
