The drop-in classes provide an introduction to meditation and Buddhist teachings and are suitable for anyone to attend. They cover practical techniques that can dispel our problems and bring serenity and joy into our lives and the lives of those around us. What to expect in a class
Our meditation classes are just like any other adult education class. Generally, classes begin with everyone arriving a bit early, and sitting on chairs in a comfortable room. The Meditation Teacher then comes in and welcomes everyone to the class. Read more...
