It enables us to overcome inner problems such as those created by anger, jealousy, attachment and ignorance, it controls our mind and brings inner peace and allows us to practise higher and higher levels of spiritual attainment until we become enlightened. Ratnasambhava Centre's popular Saturday morning workshops are a perfect foundation for people with all levels of experience. |

Putting Meditation into Practice - Meditations for a Clear Mind
Spend a morning finding stillness through meditation. Workshops run from 10.30am - 1pm and cost £10 (including refreshments)
