Ratnasambhava Centre's popular Saturday morning workshops are a
perfect foundation for people with all levels of experience.
Meditation is a simple and profound skill that has many benefits. It enables us to overcome inner problems such as those created by anger, jealousy, attachment and ignorance, it controls our mind and brings inner peace and allows us to practise higher and higher levels of spiritual attainment until we become enlightened.
