Weekly Classes
Weekly meditation classes are a great way to get introduced to the skills we can all develop to improve our daily experience and feel more comfortable with ourselves. A peaceful mind is the gateway to better relationships, enjoyable activities and a meaningful life, year after year.
Each class consists of guided meditations, a talk, discussion and refreshments. They are all self contained and there is no need to book – just come along any time and enjoy a relaxing and meaningful evening.
