Kadampa Meditation Centre Leeds is a Buddhist meditation centre and registered UK charity (UK charity number 1129195). We provide meditation classes, retreats, weekend courses, guided meditations and study programmes in meditation and Modern Buddhism. Everyone is welcome to join in with our classes, Buddhist and non-Buddhist. All our profits go towards public benefit.

OUR MEDITATION CLASSES

The drop in meditation classes at the centre and around Leeds are open to everyone and include step-by-step guided meditations, talks and informal discussions. These group classes will allow you to relax, enjoy some meditation, and return home feeling refreshed and inspired.

We are located in Waterloo House on Assembly Street in the heart of Leeds city centre, just adjacent to the Corn Exchange.

Tuesdays – 7.30-9pm
Currently online only – in person classes will begin when the building renovations are complete.

Our Harrogate branch class is held in The Yorkshire Centre for Wellbeing, 40 Duchy Road, Harrogate, HG1 2ER.

Wednesdays – 7.45-9pm
