Lunchtime Meditations

Take 15 or 30 minutes out of your lunch hour to sample some inner peace with a guided meditation.

Join us on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday for a free 15 minute meditation at 12.30pm. Or if you’d like to try a longer meditation then join us at 1pm for our class, Calmer and Happier in half an hour, with Gen Kelsang Dornying, only on Wednesdays.

These meditations will allow you to truly relax and de-stress on your lunch hour and return feeling clear-headed and refreshed.
The meditations are suitable for everyone, including those new to meditation.
