  • Spiritual Protection for our Time | Sat 1 June The teachings of Buddha are called Dharma. Dharma is like a great ship that carries us across the fearful ocean of samsara - life pervaded by suffering and uncontrolled thinking. With a skillful navigator and crew, this voyage takes us beyond the ordinary, to deep levels of insight, freedom and happiness.
