Wednesday 22nd May | 7.30-9pm | £12 or free for Benefactor Members We all share the same wish, to be happy all the time. We were born with it, and our search for it drives us through life. We all find moments of pleasure and excitement, but sometimes this pleasure becomes craving for both people and things. We can become so desperate to satisfy our constant desires, that instead of happiness we experience frustration, anxiety and addiction. The truth is happiness is not something we can acquire from the outside, but a vast ocean that’s waiting to be discovered within us. Based in New York City, internationally renowned Buddhist teacher and meditator Kadam Morten Clausen is coming to Leeds for one night only to give a special public talk answering the big question – how do I find lasting happiness? He will also guide us in meditation so each of us will experience this inner ocean ourself. An unmissable event for the people of Leeds. Everyone is welcome! PLEASE NOTE: This class is in-person only -

There are three sessions using the sadhana 'The Hundreds of Deities of the Joyful Land According to Highest Yoga Tantra' and the special request prayer. The retreat will conclude with 'Offering to the Spiritual Guide', special prayers dedicated to the flourishing of Venerable Geshe-la's work in this world. Everyone is welcome! Sat 15 June | Breaking Bad Habits
A one day meditation workshop with Gen Kelsang Dornying
Saturday 15 June | 10-3pm | We all have bad habits that seem hard to break.
