HERITAGE OPEN DAY – FREE OPEN HOUSE EVENT

A free event hosted by Kadampa Meditation Centre Leeds.
There will be a history tour, shrine tour, guided meditations, face painting, bric-a-brac stall, lots of opportunities to ask questions and treats served in the World Peace Cafe.
Everybody welcome.
Schedule:
10am – World Peace Cafe opens
Fresh servings of coffee, teas, cakes, veggie burgers and other light bites. Vegan and gluten-free options.
11am – History tour of Waterloo House
30 minute talk about the history of Waterloo House
11.45am – Guided meditation
15 minute guided meditation followed by Q&A
2pm – Shrine tour & guided meditation
30 minute tour of the Buddhist shrine and a guided meditation
